This Eagles fan had an issue with police and the horse they highway in on.
A Pennsylvania man is being charged with punching a Philadelphia police horse throughout Saturday’s Eagles-Falcons recreation.
Taylor Hendricks, 22, was ejected from Lincoln Monetary Area and on his approach out he allegedly took a swing at a police horse, 6ABC reviews.
A police spokesperson informed Philadelphia Journal, Hendricks allegedly walked as much as a mounted officer and began punching the horse within the face, neck and shoulders. He was reportedly ejected from the sport for being intoxicated.
Neither the horse nor the officer have been injured within the incident.
Hendricks is charged with aggravated assault, taunting police animals, easy assault and trespassing. He was arraigned Sunday morning and launched on $5,000 bail that day.
The fan has a preliminary listening to on Jan. 30.
Hendricks has beforehand been cited for public drunkenness on two separate events, Philadelphia Journal reviews. He pleaded responsible each instances.
