“Jackass” alum Bam Margera was arrested for drunken driving over the weekend in California.
The DUI arrest was made by the California Freeway Patrol early Sunday morning after Margera, 38, slowed his car down to speak with officers who had already stopped one other driver, TMZ reported.
Authorities then made Margera pull over after smelling alcohol, and arrested him shortly after.
The report didn’t specify the place the arrest occurred, however the California Freeway Patrol confirmed to the Day by day Information that Margera’s arrest was dealt with by the central Los Angeles division.
