Suspect In Nebraska Triple Murder Arrested In Tennessee

A suspect in three Nebraska killings was arrested in Tennessee on Wednesday, authorities stated.

John Dalton Jr. was taken into custody with out incident alongside Interstate 40 in Jackson, Tenn., the U.S. Marshals Service informed WBBJ-TV. The 46-year-old is needed for first-degree homicide.

Authorities named him an individual of curiosity within the case after three individuals have been discovered lifeless at an Omaha, Neb., house Tuesday evening.

The victims have been recognized as Dalton’s mother and father, 70-year-old John Dalton Sr. and 65-year-old Jean Dalton, and his niece Leonna Dalton-Phillip, 18, in response to the Omaha World-Herald. 

Dalton was additionally convicted on manslaughter and weapons fees in connection to his spouse’s demise in 1998.
