LEXINGTON, N.C. — Authorities say three males have been arrested for breaking into the house of NASCAR staff proprietor Richard Childress.
The Davidson County Sheriff’s Workplace recognized the three as 20-year-old Niquan Victorin and 18-year-old Chantz Kade Hines, each of Winston-Salem, and 18-year-old Armeka Vantonne Spinks of Salisbury. They’re charged with tried first-degree housebreaking and first-degree trespassing and jailed underneath $250,000 bond apiece. It is not identified if they’ve attorneys.
In line with the sheriff’s workplace, three folks armed with military-type weapons tried to interrupt into the house on Dec. 18. Childress, who was at dwelling together with his spouse, grabbed his gun and fired on the intruders, who fled.
The sheriff’s workplace stated Winston-Salem police advised them that the weapons used on the Childress dwelling matched firearms reported stolen throughout a Dec. 15 break-in.
