Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine’s youngest son has been positioned on probation and ordered to pay $236 in fines and costs in connection together with his arrest following a rally for President Trump in Minnesota.
Linwood (Woody) Kaine, of Minneapolis, was amongst eight individuals arrested within the St. Paul rally in March.
The 25-year-old pleaded responsible to a cost of obstructing the authorized course of and obtained a 90-day sentence, with 86 days suspended. He served 4 days in jail.
Two different misdemeanor costs have been dismissed Dec. 11.
A prison criticism stated Kaine and others turned into black clothes through the rally and entered the Capitol. One individual threw a smoke bomb. The criticism stated Kaine was amongst those that ran away and resisted arrest.
His father was Hillary Clinton’s operating mate within the 2016 election.
