The experience is over for one Florida Uber driver.
Hilburn Jay Brendon Hunkins is dealing with a felony grand theft cost for stealing a $250,000 Ferrari, which he took for a joyride on Interstate 75, in keeping with WPTV.
The 26-year-old was pulled over at about eight:30 a.m. on Thursday after an officer noticed a black 2017 Ferrari California with stolen license plates driving slowly down the freeway.
The automobile was driving side-by-side with a crimson Corvette, a police report revealed.
Hunkins advised police the Ferrari belonged to a good friend, nevertheless, he was unable to offer a reputation or quantity for the alleged acquaintance.
Upon additional investigation, the officer discovered that the automobile had been stolen from Palm Seaside County.
The Gainesville Police Division gave Hunkins a shout out of kinds on their Fb web page, mocking the various errors he’d made in his try to steal the automobile.
